Once production has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

- We are not liable for errors in design instructions provided by the customer.
- Minor variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing technology.

Layer Ninja and Rapid Layers shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Losses arising from misuse of products
- Delays caused by courier services or external factors
- Incorrect use or handling of products after delivery
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
