Thank you for shopping with Layer Ninja. We aim to deliver high-quality 3D-printed products with careful packaging and attention to detail.
This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
1. Customized / Personalized Products
All customized, made-to-order, or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has started.
Please ensure all customization details (text, size, design, quantity, etc.) are correct before placing your order.
2. General (Non-Customized) Products
For standard, non-customized products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All accessories, parts, and packaging must be included
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the return will be processed.
3. Damaged Products During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged due to transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos/videos of:
- Product damage
- Packaging box
- Shipping label
must be provided
- The product must not be used or altered
4. Refund Processing Time
If your return or damage claim is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Replacement or Refund Decision
After inspection of the returned/damaged product, Layer Ninja reserves the right to:
- Approve a replacement, or
- Issue a refund, or
- Reject the request if conditions are not met
The decision of Layer Ninja will be final in such cases.
6. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Damage reported after the allowed time period
7. Order Cancellation
- Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
- Non-customized orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to approval
